Kicking Off Fall Season with a Food Drive in Carroll County, MD Lend a Helping Hand to families in need

The Bank is hosting a food drive in Carroll County, MD, from October 1 to 29 in support of our Helping Hands initiative. This drive will benefit the following two community organizations:
Why we’re lending a helping hand.
As a community bank, we recognize the pandemic has hit the food pantries, shelters and soup kitchens exceptionally hard as they work to keep their shelves stocked for the benefit of low-income families, unemployed and underemployed people, and individuals on modest fixed-incomes---including the elderly and people with disabilities. For this reason, we are encouraging our customers and staff members, as well as other local residents, to lend a helping hand to those that need it most in our local communities.
It’s easy to participate.
Simply pick up a few extra items at the grocery store while running regular errands and drop them off at any one of the Bank’s six convenient locations in Carroll County with lobbies open at this time.

Which Bank Team is the most creative?
Bank teams will use their creativity to build a cool display at each office from the items collected during the food drive. Be sure to visit your favorite office throughout the month to see the display come to life! A prize will be awarded to the office with the most creative display.
