The Adams County Historical Society is proud to present “Published in Adams County,” a temporary exhibit in the lobby of ACNB Bank at Lincoln Square in Gettysburg. 

Location: ACNB Bank, 16 Lincoln Square, Gettysburg

Viewing Hours: The exhibit is open to the public during normal banking hours.. 

Exhibit Description: Since the early days of the printing press, Adams County residents have both written and published newspapers, pamphlets and books on many subjects.
This exhibit is a sampling of work by local authors and publishers, spanning the years from 1800 to the present. The Adams County Historical Society continues to collect and preserve books, documents, photographs and objects highlighting the rich history of our area.

More specifically, the Adams County Historical Society preserves over one million items of local and national significance, and the organization relies on your support to continue protecting our shared history.
