June 25, 2023
1. What is your ACNB Bank story?
Joined ACNB December of 2013 as Community Banking Manager for the Biglerville, Bendersville and Arendtsville Offices and then also assumed Manager role for the Western Adams / Franklin Region Floater team. In 2019, I took on the challenge to add the North Gettysburg office to the wonderful team that we already had! Since February of 2022, I have had the honor to be the Regional Sales Manager for the Western Adams / Franklin Region and couldn’t be prouder to stand beside this amazing team.
2. What do you love about working here?
“I absolutely love the family atmosphere and the connections made with the ACNB team…we are all ONE!
3. What activities do you enjoy doing outside of the office?
I am on the Executive Board for United Way Adams County and serve on several committees. This organization is present in many local events and community functions which allow me to meet new people and see customers and fellow ACNB employees within our local markets all while raising awareness to benefit those in need.
Some of my favorite days at work are when we can get together as a team outside of the Bank and show our energy and spirit at local events: Bowl for Kid’s Sake, National Apple Harvest Festival, Newville Fountain Festival, PathStone Kid’s Day, United Way Day of Caring, Scoop-A-Palooza, National Night Out and let’s not forget all of the Halloween Parades!
4. Why should people bank at a community bank?
“A community bank offers the personal touch and communication with real people that truly do know you by name… not a number. We become involved with the areas we live in and understand what is happening around us by being there.”
5. What are some of your favorite local activities or restaurants?
My favorite restaurant in the area is the Dobbin House Tavern in Gettysburg…. Absolutely delicious if you have never been there!
I enjoy going to auctions and antique stores, decorating for holidays, reading and spending time with my family and watching my granddaughter cause chaos and take charge of every situation she is involved with.
