1. What is your ACNB Bank story?
I came to ACNB Bank at the beginning of 2020, joining the team as AVP Wealth Management for the Trust and Investment Services department of the bank. I work with the branches in the Frederick region of the bank representing ACNB Wealth Management! 2023 marks my 10th year in serving the Frederick area as an Account Officer.
2. What do you love about working here?
I know our customers love working with a community bank for the feel of how we do business differently, and I’m glad that close-knit community focus translates to employees too! I love that I get to work with individuals across many different positions and regions of the bank and enjoy engaging with the different teams each week.
3. What activities do you enjoy doing outside of the office?
Outside of the office I enjoy cooking (I’m getting ready to publish my very own cookbook!) and exercising outside in the sunshine. My husband and I are also very active in supporting our church, Frederick Community Fellowship (FCF Church), and enjoy welcoming others to worship with us whenever we can! I also enjoy travel and recently traveled to Italy in July 2023 to get married!
4. Why should people bank at a community bank?
In a world where it’s increasingly common to feel like a number or a face in the crowd, I think people are prioritizing more and more the value of being recognized as an individual. As a community bank, we focus on building relationships and forming genuine connections with our customers. These connections allow us to help customers find the best solutions to help them work toward their financial goals.
5. What are some of your favorite local activities or restaurants?
Some of my Frederick favorites are the vibrant walkway of Carroll Creek, the local field fresh farmer’s market, Lazy Fish Sushi, and Pure Barre Frederick. My husband and I also enjoy going to the Great Frederick Fair and to Camden Yards to see our favorite teams play!
