24-Hour Telephone Banking Line

Your account information is just a phone call away. Any time of the day or night, call toll free, 1.888.338.ACNB (2262), to access your accounts using your touch-tone telephone.

  • You can obtain balances, transactions and interest information for your checking, savings, CD, IRA, and loan accounts.
  • It’s secure. You’ll set up and use a Personal Identification Number (PIN) to obtain account information and complete other transactions.
  • You can conduct transfers between accounts and make a loan payment from a deposit account.
  • If you need checks, you can reorder them through the Telephone Banking Line.
  • In case your debit card becomes lost or stolen, you can report it using the Telephone Banking Line.
  • You can find out our office locations and hours, as well as ATM locations on the Telephone Banking Line.

Telephone Banking Line Quick Tips

To use the Telephone Banking Line, you first have to register by calling 1.888.334.ACNB (2262) or visiting one of our offices. Once you’re registered, you have 30 days to activate your accounts on the Telephone Banking Line. Once the 30 days have passed, if you have not activated your accounts, you will need to register again.

When you first call the Telephone Banking Line, please press 1 for English when prompted. Then, you will hear the main menu.

Main Menu

Select:
1 For account information
2 To report a lost or stolen debit card
3 For information about our Bank and its products
9 To listen to these options again
0 To speak with a customer service representative

Account Information Menu

If you select 1 for account information, you will be prompted to enter your Social Security Number or Tax ID Number. You will also need to enter a four-digit personal identification number (PIN). You will enter this information each time you call and select account information.;

The types of accounts that can be accessed depend upon the accounts that you have activated or linked to the Telephone Banking Line. Below is the complete menu. If only Checking and Savings accounts are linked to the Telephone Banking Line, then the Certificate of Deposit and Loan options are not provided, and the transfer funds selection becomes option 3 and changing your Telephone Banking PIN becomes 4.

3 For additional account information - Provides the most recent loan payment, the next loan payment amount, and the loan payoff amount.
