Lisa has achieved many career accomplishments, including being ranked within the Top 2 Loan Originators in volume for lending at Traditions Mortgage, being named Employee of the Year at Fulton Bank, and graduating from college Summa Cum Laude. Lisa Cardone’s expertise in the mortgage industry is complemented by her commitment to the community in various committees and boards. Lisa serves the community on the board of the Christopher Columbus Scholarship Fund, as a member of Women's Referral Exchange Network and her local BNI chapter, and has been a committee member for RAYAC for over 8 years.

Originally the Assistant Branch Manager at our Eastern Boulevard, York office, Lisa Cardone joined the organization in 2005. Lisa was drawn to the community bank aspect of our bank, where decisions are made locally and she has the ability to build real relationships with each client.

Lisa Cardone’s favorite part about the mortgage industry is meeting all the different types of people. Her niche is working with first-time homebuyers, and she finds it priceless to witness the joy and excitement of seeing them purchase a new home.

Reputation is everything to her, and she always strives to make a positive impression on those she meets. When Lisa is not helping clients with their home loans, she loves to cook and spend time with her family. She is also a big fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and enjoys going to the beach.
