Kathleen Brown’s strong performance in nearly every aspect of the mortgage industry has brought her much success in her illustrious career. Starting as a receptionist for a mortgage company in 1989, she was soon trained to be a loan processor, closer, and post closer. Her background in underwriting enables her to position home loans effectively to deliver a personalized and exquisite experience to each client she serves.

Known as Kathy to her friends, clients, and coworkers, her impressive career includes being an FHA Direct Endorsement Underwriter, VA SAR/LAPP Underwriter, and an Underwriter for over 10 years. She currently serves on the Board of The Shadowfax Corporation and is a York Builder’s Association volunteer committee member.

Kathy’s passion for guiding clients, whether they’re building a dream home or purchasing their first, second, vacation, or investment property, has made her a trusted expert in homeownership. She understands the complexities of both the buying and construction processes and takes a proactive, hands-on approach to ensure clients feel informed and supported at every stage.
