GIRL SCOUTS DECORATE CHRISTMAS TREE

Thanks to the assistance of Dillsburg Girl Scouts, the Christmas tree at the Dillsburg Office of Adams County National Bank was festively decorated for the holidays. The Bank supplied the tree and lights, while the scouts provided their own handmade ornaments. The ornaments were made by Brownie Troop #781 and Cadette Troop C-923. The Brownie Troop includes Marissa Allen, Elayna Barton, Kathleen Colgan, Amanda Fletcher, Madison Grimm, Abigail McAleer, Makenna McGill, Megan Michaels, Amanda Noll, Alison Reed, Gabrielle Schatt, Kate Weber, Rachel Wedemeyer, Diana Willman, and leaders Jennifer Barnhart and Cathleen Wedemeyer. The Cadette Troop includes Rachel James, Katerina Maylock, Rachel Perrego, Lyndsey Wedemeyer, Shelby Nease and leaders Bev James and Marcia Nease. Cadette Shelby Nease and leaders Bev James and Marcia Nease visited the Dillsburg Office on December 2 to decorate the tree. Creating the ornaments and trimming the tree is a service project for the troop. After the holidays, the handmade ornaments were donated to Helping Hands in Savannah, GA.
