MORTGAGE LOANS

All those open houses have finally led you to the home you love. Or, maybe you're just getting started---or thinking about it---and you want to see what you can afford. Let us help. We offer a wide variety of mortgage loans to make your dream of a home come true.

  • Types of Mortgage Loans:
    • Fixed-rate mortgage loans with terms of 10, 15, 20 and 30 years.
    • Adjustable-rate mortgage (ARM) loans with terms of 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 years.
    • Construction mortgage loans are available for both owner-occupied and investment properties.
    • FHA Loans.
    • Blanket Mortgage lets you use the equity in your current home to buy or build another home or investment property with no out-of-pocket expense.
    • Additional fixed-rate and adjustable-rate mortgage loan options available. To find out more, email us at mortgages@acnb.com.
  • Available to individuals upon approval of application.
  • Flexible loan approval guidelines.
  • Fixed-rate mortgages and ARMs offer options with or without points. Usually a loan with points earns a lower interest rate.
  • Fixed-rate mortgages and ARMs may be used to purchase, build or refinance both owner-occupied and investment properties.
  • Biweekly mortgage program - Half of the monthly mortgage payment is automatically deducted from an ACNB Bank checking account every two weeks for a total of 26 bi-weekly payments, or in effect, 13 monthly payments per year. This decreases the mortgage's term and the interest paid over the life of the loan.
  • Automatic payment deduction on a monthly basis from an ACNB Bank checking account may qualify for a lower interest rate.
  • Interest paid is usually tax deductible. Please seek the guidance of a tax advisor.
