ELECTRONIC BILL PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

I AUTHORIZE my financial institution to post payment transactions generated by PC from the Bill Payment Service to the account indicated on the form being sent electronically. I understand that I am in full control of my account and that my 100% satisfaction is unconditionally guaranteed. If at any time I decide to discontinue service, I will provide written notification to my financial institution. My use of the Bill Payment Service signifies that I have read and accepted all terms and conditions of the Bill Payment Authorization.

I UNDERSTAND that payments may be sent either electronically or by check. Further, I understand a payment sent electronically may take up to 3 business days to reach the vendor and a payment sent by check may take up to 5 business days to reach the vendor. My financial institution is not liable for any service fees or late charges levied against me. I also understand that I am responsible for any loss or penalty that I may incur due to lack of sufficient funds or other conditions that may prevent the withdrawal of funds from my account.

There is no fee assessed by the Bank to use the Internet Bill Payment Service.

CLOSING A BILL PAYMENT ACCOUNT
Should you choose to close the Internet Bill Payment account, please notify an Adams County National Bank representative via email onlinebanking@acnb.com or telephone 1.888.334.2262, ext. 5136 or 5137.

There may be fees associated with other Internet Banking services available either at the current time or in the future. Further, at the discretion of Adams County National Bank, new service fees may be instituted in the future and all service fees are subject to change.
