Teller Supervisor – Newville Office
A Teller Supervisor is responsible for directly supervising and coordinating operational activities of the office tellers in order to ensure quality customer service and to provide efficient and accurate transaction processing; complying with all office policies and procedures; ensuring that tellers work as part of the customer service team and take advantage of referral opportunities; coaching and counseling tellers to achieve performance expectations; maintaining cash levels according to approved policies; ordering and shipping currency and coin; balancing vault cash on a daily basis; and, supervising the opening and closing procedures of the office and vault. In addition, the person selected for this position will be responsible for assisting in the achievement of office sales and service goals and performing all of the duties of a Teller II. The Teller Supervisor will report to the Retail Office Manager of the Newville Office.
Requirements for this position include a thorough knowledge of the teller function, Bank operating policies and procedures, and pertinent banking regulations; demonstrated management, leadership, and decision-making skills; proficient reading, writing, grammar, accounting, analytical, and mathematics skills; proficient interpersonal relations, communicative and customer service skills; moderate computer skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel and Outlook; proficient eye-hand coordination; the ability to operate various office machines; the ability to lift approximately fifty (50) pounds; and, visual and auditory skills.
A minimum of one (1) year experience in a Teller role or related experience in another position normally required.
Part-Time Teller – Carroll Valley Office
A Part-Time Teller is responsible for accepting and processing customer transactions; providing customer service; adhering to security and compliance issues; attending training programs; and, performing office clerical and miscellaneous duties. Other responsibilities for this position include making customer referrals and participating in periodic promotional campaigns.
Requirements for this position include moderate reading, writing, and grammar skills; proficient analytical and mathematics skills; proficient communicative, interpersonal relations and customer service skills; proficient eye-hand coordination; moderate PC skills, including knowledge of the Internet and Windows-based applications; the ability to operate various office machines; the ability to lift approximately fifty (50) pounds; and, visual and auditory skills.
Part-Time Teller – North Gettysburg Office
A Part-Time Teller is responsible for accepting and processing customer transactions; providing customer service; adhering to security and compliance issues; attending training programs; and, performing office clerical and miscellaneous duties.
