Full-Time Credit Administration Assistant
A Full-Time Credit Administration Assistant is responsible for performing a variety of duties to support the Credit Administration and Commercial Loan document preparation functions. This includes, but is not limited to, tracking and updating commercial customers’ financial information; preparing commercial loan documents; inputting data into the computer system; maintaining financial loan files; preparing Loan Watch List Committee agendas, meeting packets and minutes; tracking information received for Loan Watch Committee from loan officers; preparing Officer Loan Committee meeting packets and minutes; maintaining the Commercial Lending page on SharePoint; assisting with construction loan disbursements and ordering commercial loan appraisals; assisting with the preparation of management reports; scheduling meetings and handling communications and coordination of tasks for the Credit Administration area; tracking and verifying monthly borrowing bases; assisting with the preparation of commitment letters; preparing quarterly Lender Review Sheets; and, assisting with Commercial Lending and Credit Administration audits.
Requirements for this position include moderate reading and mathematics skills; proficient writing and grammar skills; proficient communicative and interpersonal relations skills; proficient PC skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as Nautilus, Fiserv Signature and the Internet; moderate analytical skills; strong aptitude regarding attention to detail and working autonomously; working knowledge of commercial loan products and loan documentation; visual and auditory skills; and, valid driver’s license.
Full-Time Customer Service Specialist – McSherrystown Office
A Customer Service Specialist is responsible for providing quality customer service; assessing new and existing customer financial needs and providing solutions; identifying cross sales opportunities for products and other lines of business; establishing deposit and loan account relationships, and, solving problems. Other responsibilities for this position include attaining sales goals, assisting in the achievement of office sales and service goals, and performing teller duties, as needed.
Requirements for this position include proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; proficient interpersonal relations, communicative, customer service and sales skills; a thorough knowledge of the features and benefits of all Bank products and services; a working knowledge of Bank operating policies and procedures; moderate computer skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel and Outlook; proficient eye-hand coordination; the ability to operate various office machines; the ability to lift approximately fifty (50) pounds; and, visual and auditory skills.

Residential Mortgage Loan Originator
A Residential Mortgage Loan Originator is responsible for taking residential mortgage loan applications, completing the file and necessary disclosures; soliciting new business from both present and prospective customers; maintaining ongoing contacts with realtors, builders and present customers to enhance cross-selling activities; locating and contacting prospective customers to present the Bank's mortgage programs and to ascertain banking needs; and, establishing quantitative sales objectives in conjunction with the supervisor.
