NEW STAFF MEMBERS AND STAFF PROMOTIONS
AT ADAMS COUNTY NATIONAL BANK
GETTYSBURG, Pa., June 19---Thomas R. Stone has joined Adams County National Bank to serve as Senior Vice President/Retail Banking. In this position, Mr. Stone oversees all aspects of the Retail Banking function, as well as supervises three staff members. Mr. Stone has worked in banking for over 28 years. Over the years he has served in positions of increasing responsibility, most recently serving Susquehanna Bank as Senior Vice President & Regional Retail Sales Manager, in which he oversaw the performance of the retail banking offices in Cumberland, Dauphin and York Counties. Prior to that position, he worked for four years at CommunityBanks, holding the position of Senior Vice President/Retail Banking prior to the merger of CommunityBanks into Susquehanna Bank. Mr. Stone is a graduate of Millersville University, earning a bachelor of arts degree in Psychology. He earned his MBA from Pennsylvania State University. To expand upon his leadership and managerial skills, Mr. Stone completed the Leadership York Program. Mr. Stone is a member of the American Management Association, as well as the Penn State Alumni Association. A York County native, Mr. Stone resides in York with his wife Elizabeth. They have two children---Matthew and Sarah.
Wendy D. Roth now serves as Vice President & Regional Sales Manager for the Bank. In this role, she oversees the performance of the retail banking offices in the Bank's western market area. In addition, she supervises several staff members. Mrs. Roth joined the Bank in 2005 as Sales Manager for the Bank's Adams Commerce Center Office. She has received promotions of increasing responsibility since joining the Bank, most recently serving as Assistant Vice President & Market Sales Manager. Prior to joining the Bank, Mrs. Roth worked as the regional operations manager for Adecco. She earned an associate degree in business from the Consolidated School of Business. She's expanded her banking and sales knowledge via a banking course offered by Pennsylvania Bankers Association-Professional Development Network (PBA-PDN), as well as sales courses offered by the Bank. Mrs. Roth is involved in Make-A-Wish Foundation. A native of Adams County, Mrs. Roth and her husband, Derek, reside in East Berlin. They have two children---Bryce and Kaylee.
George F. Marguglio is now Assistant Vice President & Commercial Loan Officer. In this position, he works with commercial customers by providing commercial loan, deposit and other banking services to assist in the growth of the customer's business. Mr. Marguglio works out of the Bank's North Gettysburg Office, located at 675 Old Harrisburg Road, to serve businesses in the Adams County area. He originally joined the Bank in 2002, working in the Accounting area. In total, he has over 20 years of banking and accounting experience. Mr. Marguglio earned a bachelor of arts degree in business administration from Grove City College. To expand upon his banking knowledge, Mr. Marguglio has completed the American Bankers Association (ABA) National Commercial Lending School, held at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. In addition, he has completed numerous courses offered by the Risk Management Association. Currently, he is the vice president of the South Central PA chapter of this organization. Mr. Marguglio is an active member of the local community. He is the treasurer of Gettysburg Presbyterian Church, as well as treasurer and acting secretary of the Kiwanis Club of Gettysburg-Adams. In addition, Mr. Marguglio is the treasurer and chapter advisor of Alpha Tau Omega House Corporation of Gettysburg College, and president of Jubilate Choral Ensemble. Mr. Marguglio resides in Gettysburg with his wife, Pamela.
Jennifer Sadler has joined the Bank as Retail Office Manager of the Bank's North Gettysburg and Lincoln Square Offices. In this role, she is responsible for the sales efforts of these offices, as well as oversees the operational aspects of each office. She works with both consumers and businesses to provide banking services designed to meet their unique financial needs. She previously served as branch manager for Susquehanna Bank and CommunityBanks. Mrs. Sadler attended Golden Beacom College in Wilmington, DE. She's been a member of the Army National Guard for 13 years in a variety of roles, including army aviator in which she flew helicopters, as well as the State Family Program Director, in which she established and managed programs for family members of PA National Guard soldiers and airmen. Currently, Mrs. Sadler serves as the Family Readiness Group chair for the PA National Guard's 166th regiment. Mrs. Sadler resides in Dillsburg with her husband, Glenn. They have two children, Glenn and Cassidy.
