ADAMS COUNTY NATIONAL BANK 
 OPENS ITS NEW BIG SPRING OFFICE 
AT SAYLOR'S MARKET

GETTYSBURG, Pa., April 28---As the scissors cleanly cut through the ribbon on April 21, Adams County National Bank celebrated the opening of its newly expanded and renovated Big Spring Office, located at Saylor's Market in Newville. Complementing the full service lobby and increased office space for customer service, drive-up banking and a drive-up ATM have been added to this new retail banking location. The ribbon for the ceremony was adorned with ten and twenty dollar bills totaling $250. These monies represent the $250 contribution made to the Big Spring Area Food Bank as part of the festivities and in support of this organization's endeavors in the Newville area.

According to Thomas A. Ritter, President & Chief Executive Officer of ACNB Corporation and Adams County National Bank, “We've had a retail banking office at Saylor's Market for years. When the opportunity arose to move and expand the existing facility to a new location at Saylor's, we did not hesitate to make a new commitment to Newville. Having the chance to expand customer service areas, as well as to add drive-up banking and a drive-up ATM, enables us to better serve this vibrant community. Now people can do all of their banking, purchase groceries and gasoline, all in new modern facilities. We are grateful to the Saylor family for giving us this opportunity.”

Douglas R. Lindsay, Assistant Vice President & Retail Office Manager, is responsible for the overall management of the Big Spring Office. He has been with Adams County National Bank for nearly 28 years. James E. Showvaker, Vice President & Mortgage Originator, provides financing solutions for consumers who are looking to buy or build a home. Mr. Showvaker has been with Adams County National Bank for over 32 years.

The Teller Supervisor for the Big Spring Office is Cheryl Lynn Shughart. In this role, she is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the teller staff. Other office staff members include Customer Service Specialist Holly A. Bonner, as well as tellers Donna S. Allard, Sharon S. Bitner, Tisha L. Davis, Shannon N. Fyock and Beverly L. Gilbert.
