NEW STAFF MEMBERS
 AT ADAMS COUNTY NATIONAL BANK

GETTYSBURG, Pa., April 27---Susan R. Lang has joined Adams County National Bank to serve as Retail Office Manager for the Bank's Carroll Valley, Arendtsville and Franklin Township retail banking offices. In this position, she is responsible for fulfilling customers' needs, as well as the overall management of the three offices. Mrs. Lang has over 16 years of management and banking experience, having worked as plant manager at Cintas Corporation and branch manager for Bank of Hanover. A native of Hanover, Mrs. Lang is a graduate of Hanover Area High School. To expand upon her banking knowledge, Mrs. Lang has taken numerous courses through the American Institute of Banking (AIB), now known as Pennsylvania Bankers Association-Professional Development Network (PBA-PDN). As a member of the local community, Mrs. Lang serves as a board member of the New Oxford Lacrosse Association. She resides in New Oxford with her husband John, and three children---Justin, Robert and Madison.

Danielle M. Bailey has joined Adams County National Bank to serve as Retail Office Manager for the Bank's Biglerville and Bendersville retail banking offices. She is responsible for fulfilling customers' needs, as well as the overall management of the two offices. Ms. Bailey previously worked for State Farm Insurance, where she acquired several years of management and financial services experience. This experience was gained at local State Farm Insurance agencies in the roles of office manager, licensed staff agent and State Farm Bank representative. As a licensed staff agent, Ms. Bailey worked with personal and business insurance products, and earned licenses for property and casualty, life and health and business insurances. In the role of State Farm Bank representative, Ms. Bailey specialized in all products and achieved banking certifications through State Farm Bank. Ms. Bailey is a graduate of Biglerville High School and Empire Beauty School from which she obtained a cosmetology license. To expand upon her management background, Ms. Bailey has completed the Lincoln Leadership Institute, as well as a series of Team Development Planning workshops offered by State Farm Insurance. In the local community, she is involved with the Upper Adams Youth Soccer Organization and March of Dimes. She resides in East Berlin with her son, Dylan.
