Russell Insurance Group, Inc., the insurance subsidiary of ACNB Corporation, offers a broad range of commercial and personal insurance lines with licenses in 36 states, including Maryland and Pennsylvania. This full service insurance agency is based in Westminster, Carroll County, MD, and has a second location in Germantown, Montgomery County, MD.
