NEW TRUST INVESTMENT MANAGER JOINS
 ADAMS COUNTY NATIONAL BANK

GETTYSBURG, Pa., September 27---Ryan A. Fox has joined Adams County National Bank as Vice President & Trust Investment Manager. In this role, Mr. Fox is responsible for the trust investment portfolio. He works closely with personal and commercial clients to ascertain investment and financial needs and develop a customized investment plan designed to meet the client's goals. Although Mr. Fox works out of the Bank's Lincoln Square Office in Gettysburg, he meets with clients wherever it is convenient for them. He serves clients throughout the Bank's market area of Adams County, Dillsburg, Hanover and Newville.

Mr. Fox has 10 years of experience in the trust and investment services field. Prior to joining Adams County National Bank, he was the owner of Fox Independent Investment Advisory, and provided non-commission, fee-based investment advisory services. He was also with Wachovia Bank and handled trust investment portfolios totaling $70 million. In addition to the investment profession, Mr. Fox serves as an adjunct professor and teaches Finance/Investment Strategies in the MBA program at Eastern University in St. Davids, PA, and Economics at Elizabethtown College.

Mr. Fox is a graduate of Gettysburg Area High School and has a bachelor of science degree in education in social studies/history from Shippensburg University. He earned a master of business administration degree with a concentration in management from Eastern University. Further, he completed Morgan Stanley Investment coursework which enabled him to have a Registered Investment Advisor license and earn the designation of Retirement Planning Specialist. Additionally, Mr. Fox has expanded his educational background, completing coursework in educational administration at McDaniel College in the post masters program, as well as graduate level coursework in history at Cambridge University in England.

Mr. Fox has a Registered Investment Advisory designation with the Pennsylvania State Securities Commission. In addition, as a member of the local community, Mr. Fox is a member of the Hanover YMCA. A native of Adams County, Mr. Fox resides in Hanover with his wife, Megan.
