NEW RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE LOAN ORIGINATOR
 AT ADAMS COUNTY NATIONAL BANK

GETTYSBURG, PA, February 28 --- Douglas C. Kump has joined Adams County National Bank as a Residential Mortgage Loan Originator. In this position, Mr. Kump fulfills the needs of consumers interested in a mortgage loan for purchasing, building or refinancing residential property. He also interacts with realtors and builders to develop new mortgage business. Mr. Kump is based in the Bank’s Adams Commerce Center Office---located in the Adams Commerce Park off of Route 30 east of Gettysburg---to serve customers in the Adams County area. Mr. Kump has extensive experience in helping consumers finance their homes, having worked as a mortgage financial consultant for a local financial institution of a number of years. In total, he has 30 years experience in banking, real estate sales and finance. Further, Mr. Kump is affiliated with the Realtors Association of York and Adams Counties (RAYAC).
 
Mr. Kump earned a bachelor of arts degree in economics and business administration from Methodist University in North Carolina. To further his banking knowledge, he has completed the Pennsylvania Bankers Association (PBA) Central Atlantic School of Commercial Lending. In addition, Mr. Kump has earned several banking certificates and diplomas through the American Institute of Banking (AIB).
 
Mr. Kump serves the local community as a board member of the Builders’ Association of Adams County and a board member and treasurer of the Fairfield Area Senior Center. In addition, he is a member of the Fairfield Lions Club, and has participated in the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life and American Heart Association’s Annual Heart Walk. A lifelong resident of Fairfield, Mr. Kump resides with his wife, Susan. They have two grown sons, Jason and Aaron, and three grandchildren.
