NEW SALES MANAGER AT
 BIGLERVILLE OFFICE OF
 ADAMS COUNTY NATIONAL BANK

GETTYSBURG, Pa., January 29 --- Jennifer L. Hartlaub has been promoted to Sales Manager of Adams County National Bank's Biglerville Office. In this role, Mrs. Hartlaub is responsible for the overall sales and promotional efforts for the office, including opening personal and business accounts, taking loan applications and closing loans, as well as making sales calls on local businesses. In addition, she oversees the day-to-day operations of the office. Mrs. Hartlaub originally joined the Bank as Service Manger for the Bank's Dillsburg Office in June 2006. She has extensive management experience, having served as a Guest Service Manager in the hotel/hospitality industry for 13 years. Mrs. Hartlaub has expanded her banking knowledge by completing the Principles of Banking course through the Pennsylvania Bankers' Association - Professional Development Network (PBA-PDN). Additionally, she has expanded her sales and management background through various sales and management training courses. In the local community, Mrs. Hartlaub volunteers with the Exchange Club of Gettysburg. A native of Adams County, Mrs. Hartlaub resides in Gettysburg with her husband, Scott. They have four children: Robert, Kenneth, Jacob and Kathryn.
